While this incredible apartment was blessed with a positioning of natural light, the original layout wasn’t taking full advantage of the great aspect.

From the outset, our aim was to increase natural light and useable space which was achieved with ingenious layout changes that enabled us to convert two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small living area into three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a large open plan living area.

The addition of innovative low profile beams ensured a continuous ceiling could run from the entrance through to the custom built kitchen – complementing this fantastic transformation.
