There’s nothing like a battle-axe block to hinder access to a site, but with that restriction comes the need for innovative thinking and that’s just what this beachside build called for. This family has a strong connection with the ocean, so we needed to create extra room so that they could see themselves enjoying the beachside location for years to come.
